Rights as Employee. If the Participant is an Employee, the Participant understands and acknowledges that, except as otherwise provided in a separate, written employment agreement between a Participating Company and the Participant, the Participant’s employment is “at will” and is for no specified term. Nothing in this Agreement shall confer upon the Participant any right to continue in the Service of a Participating Company or interfere in any way with any right of the Participating Company Group to terminate the Participant’s Service at any time.
Rights as Employee. The grant of the Option confers upon the Optionee no right to continued employment by the Company or its subsidiaries.
Rights as Employee. No person, even though eligible pursuant to Section 5 of the Plan, shall have a right to be selected as an Optionee, or, having been so selected, to be selected again as a Optionee. Nothing in the Plan or any Award granted under the Plan shall confer on any Optionee a right to remain an Employee or interfere with or limit in any way any right of a Company to terminate the Optionee’s Service at any time. To the extent that an Employee of a Company other than the Company receives an Award under the Plan, that Award shall in no event be understood or interpreted to mean that the Company is the Employee’s employer or that the Employee has an employment relationship with the Company.
Rights as Employee. Grantee (if an employee) is an employee-at-will unless, and only to the extent, provided in a separate written agreement executed by the chief executive officer of the Company or his duly authorized designee, and neither the Plan nor the grant of this SAR shall be deemed to give Grantee the right to continued employment or to limit the right of the Company to discharge Grantee at any time.
Rights as Employee. This agreement neither confers upon Reevxx xxx rights to continue in Kittx Xxxx'x xxxloy, nor modifies any of Reevxx' xxghts or obligations under his employment or other agreements with Kitty Hawk.
