Neither the The Employer nor the Association shall not interfere with, restrain, coerce or prevent any employee from exercising his/her legal right to organize or not to organize, join or not join, and support the Association for whatever legal purpose in which it may engage in representing the members of the bargaining unit. The Employer agrees it will not discriminate against any employee because of membership in the Association, because of participation in any representative activity on behalf of the Association, because of any action taken within the established grievance procedure or otherwise with respect to any terms or conditions of employment.
