Rights of Union Representatives. Permission to leave workstation for Union business will be limited to the investigation and presentation of grievances to the Employer and negotiations with the Employer. Union representatives shall be afforded reasonable time to perform the above duties without loss of pay. On-duty employees shall notify the Employer and obtain the consent of the Employer to leave a workstation to conduct Union business. The Union shall attempt to schedule Union business so as not to interfere with work schedules.
