Rights on Return to Work. An employee on the recall list shall have the right to return to a vacancy in his/her former position or to a position for which he/she is able to do the job, providing no other employee with greater seniority is promoted or transferred to such vacant position. When such transfers or promotions occur, resulting in a vacant position, the employee on the recall list will be offered the resulting vacant position, providing he/she is able to do the job.
