RIGHTS PRECEDING DISCIPLINE/COMPULSION OF TESTIMONY. Demotion, discipline, or other involuntary change in the employment status of any employee shall be preceded by: ● The honoring of all employees’ rights included in this Agreement and applicable statutes. ● A conference held with the employee by the appropriate administrator prior to taking action. ● A written explanation for the action given to the employee. Whenever the Board engages in an administrative investigation of any alleged breach of conduct by a member of the Association, the individual member shall cooperate with the administration, but shall not be required to take a lie detector test.
