Voluntary Transfer and Reassignment. When a vacancy exists, as determined by the Superintendent, the following procedures shall be followed:
Voluntary Transfer and Reassignment. 6-1-1 Educators desiring a transfer or reassignment for the subsequent school year shall make their specific request known by letter to Human Resources. Such a letter shall be handled confidentially and such a request considered at the time that openings occur in the desired positions. Any request for transfer to another school or certification area requires the Educator to participate in an interviewing process.
Voluntary Transfer and Reassignment. Voluntary transfers/reassignments within the District may be made with the approval of the Superintendent for the good of the District or by request of the employee.
Voluntary Transfer and Reassignment. 6-1-1 Employees desiring a voluntary transfer or reassignment for the subsequent school year to a position in the same lane and which includes the same number of contract hours, contract days, and benefits shall make their specific request known by letter to Human Resources. Such a letter shall be handled confidentially and such a request considered at the time that openings occur in the desired positions. Such a request requires the Employee to participate in an interviewing process.
Voluntary Transfer and Reassignment. A. Employees who desire to transfer to another appointing authority’s jurisdiction or to be reassigned within an appointing authority’s jurisdiction should put such a request in writing using a form provided by the Judiciary to both the sending and receiving appointing authorities.
Voluntary Transfer and Reassignment a) Whenever a teaching vacancy occurs in the school district, the Superintendent shall post notice of such vacancy on the office bulletin boards in each school building for at least two (2) weeks and forward a copy to the Association President. Such notice shall state the date by which applications are to be made.
Voluntary Transfer and Reassignment. Section 22.2.a. Any Faculty Member may apply for any announced vacancy and shall be considered for that vacancy as provided in this Article. A Faculty Member may be voluntarily reassigned to another Faculty position or discipline within the college without announcement of a position vacancy. The Federation shall receive notice of the reassignment from the college.

Employees who seek to be reassigned within an appointing authority’s jurisdiction should put such a request in writing using a form provided by the Judiciary to the appointing authority. Such requests shall be renewed by the employee every six (6) months if the employee still seeks to be reassigned.
Voluntary Transfer and Reassignment. Employees who desire to transfer to another building may file a written statement of such desire with the Superintendent. Such statement shall include the school or schools to which she/ he desires to be transferred, in order of preference. Such requests for transfers and reassignments for the following year shall be submitted no later than May 1. The administrative office shall reply in writing of receipt of said request within ten (10) days.
Voluntary Transfer and Reassignment. Staff members may request to be transferred or reassigned to any position for which they qualify. Transfers will be based on the Superintendent’s approval in accordance with District Policy.
