Rights under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act. Employee acknowledges and agrees that he has at least twenty-one (21) days to review this Agreement; he has been advised by Employer to consult with an attorney regarding the terms of this Agreement prior to executing it; if he executes this Agreement, he has seven days following the execution of this Agreement to revoke this Agreement (by providing written notice to Employer before 5:00 p.m. on the seventh day); this Agreement shall not become effective or enforceable until the revocation period has expired; he does not, by the terms of this Agreement, waive claims or rights may arise under the ADEA after the date he executes this Agreement; he is receiving, pursuant to this Agreement, consideration in addition to anything of value to which he is already entitled; and he understands this Agreement and it is written in such a manner that he understands his rights and obligations under the Agreement.

  • Release of Claims Under Age Discrimination in Employment Act Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Executive agrees that by executing this Release, he has released and waived any and all claims he has or may have as of the date of this Release for age discrimination under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. § 621, et seq.
