Rights Upon Return to Duty. When a member of the bargaining unit returns from a paid leave of absence, he/she shall return to his/her former position. All accrued rights of seniority, retirement, salary increments, and other benefits provided by this Contract or by law shall be preserved and available to the bargaining unit member.
