Road Alignment.  Footpath design consistent with AS1248, and NWDS Bicycle Guidelines. Attention is drawn to the provisions for minimum height clearance (2.2m); minimum clear width (1.8m); maximum grades (longitudinal and cross-fall); and kerb ramp details.  All kerb returns must be designed such that no part of the vehicle crosses the centreline.  All vehicle footpath crossing profiles are to be provided.  The design must not result in any un-drained low-points, and as far as practicable low points within the kerb return shall be avoided to eliminate the use of pits with curved lintels.

Road Alignment. Owner and Optionee agree that the Road Alignment shall be in the location delineated on Final Exhibit "A-1" attached hereto and incorporated herein ("Easement Area"). The legal description of the Easement Area is set forth on Exhibit "A-2" attached hereto and incorporated herein. Optionee shall have no further right to relocate the Easement Area or the Road Alignment. Exhibit "A-1" to the Agreement is hereby deleted and replaced with Final Exhibit "A-1" attached hereto. Owner will not reserve an easement over the former location of the Road Alignment described in the First Amendment. The Easement Area also includes land adjacent to the Property within the area of the proposed widening of the street known as Melody Lane that is located along the northerly boundary of the Property and is owned by Optionee.

Related to Road Alignment

  • Infrastructure (a) The Borrower has and will maintain a sufficient infrastructure to conduct its business as presently conducted and as contemplated to be conducted following its execution of this Agreement.

  • Projects The Annexes attached hereto describe the specific projects and the policy reforms and other activities related thereto (each, a “Project”) that the Government will carry out, or cause to be carried out, in furtherance of this Compact to achieve the Objectives and the Compact Goal.

  • Parking Facilities Alamo Colleges District shall make the existing parking facilities at the rented Facility available for the vehicular traffic and parking necessitated by the Organization’s Use of the rented Facility, on a non-exclusive basis, as specified at Exhibit A. MAXIMUM CAPACITY. Organization anticipates approximately the number of participants stated at Exhibit A and agrees to inform Alamo Colleges District of any significant changes five (5) business days in advance of a Use. Organization shall not admit a larger number of persons than can safely and freely move about the Facility. Alamo Colleges District shall notify Organization of the recommended capacity of the Facility and all decisions of Alamo Colleges District concerning questions arising under this Paragraph shall be final.

  • Communications Equipment Members of the board of directors or any committee thereof may participate in and act at any meeting of such board or committee through the use of a conference telephone or other communications equipment by means of which all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other, and participation in the meeting pursuant to this section shall constitute presence in person at the meeting.

  • Amenities Amenities shall be prescribed as provided in Appendix F of this Agreement.

  • Restrooms The restrooms, toilets, urinals, vanities and the other apparatus shall not be used for any purpose other than that for which they were constructed, and no foreign substance of any kind whatsoever shall be thrown therein. The expense of any breakage, stoppage or damage resulting from the violation of this rule shall be borne by the Tenant whom, or whose employees or invitees, shall have caused it.

  • Facilities Keep all properties useful or necessary to Borrower's business in good repair and condition, and from time to time make necessary repairs, renewals and replacements thereto so that such properties shall be fully and efficiently preserved and maintained.

  • Project 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions.

  • Floor Loading Floor loading capacity shall be within building design capacity. Tenant may exceed floor loading capacity with Landlord’s consent, at Landlord’s sole discretion and must, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, reinforce the floor as required for such excess loading.
