Role of Administrator. 0.0.0.0: Meet with unit member, as scheduled, to collaborate on the selected Area of Inquiry and discuss ways to support the unit member.
Role of Administrator. Unless expressly contemplated by the Related Documents, the Administrator shall have no authority to represent the Issuer or the Owner Trustee in any way except as Administrator as expressly contemplated hereby and shall not otherwise be deemed an agent of the Issuer or the Owner Trustee.
Role of Administrator. The Administrator, and any person controlled by or under common control with the Administrator, shall be free to render similar services to others and engage in other activities, so long as the services rendered to the Fund are not impaired. Except as otherwise agreed, in the absence of willful misfeasance, bad faith, gross negligence, or reckless disregard of obligations or duties hereunder on the part of the Administrator, the Administrator shall not be subject to liability to the Fund, or to any partner or security holder of the Fund, for any act or omission in the course of, or connected with, rendering services hereunder.
Role of Administrator. Only an Administrator for a given Filer Group may authorize or invite other Filer Users to participate in that Filer Group, remove Filer Users from that Filer Group, and grant permission to member Filer Users to conduct certain activities on behalf that Filer Group and to view certain activities conducted by other members of that Filer Group. If You accept the role of Administrator for any Filer Group, You thereby represent, warrant and agree that You are authorized by any applicable third party(ies) to perform that role.
