ROLE OF COMMITTEE SECRETARY. 11.1 The LHBs acknowledge that the role of the Committee Secretary is crucial to the ongoing development and maintenance of a strong governance framework within the Joint Committee, and is a key source of advice and support to the Chair and Joint Committee members.
