Files Management and Record Retention relating to Grantee and Administration of this Agreement a. The Grantee shall maintain books, records, and documents in accordance with generally accepted accounting procedures and practices which sufficiently and properly reflect all expenditures of funds provided by Florida Housing under this Agreement. b. Contents of the Files: Grantee must maintain files containing documentation to verify all funds awarded to Grantee in connection with this Agreement, as well as reports, records, documents, papers, letters, computer files, or other material received, generated, maintained or filed by Grantee in connection with this Agreement. Grantee must also keep files, records, computer files, and reports that reflect any compensation it receives or will receive in connection with this Agreement.
Time of Day Unless otherwise specified, all references herein to times of day shall be references to Eastern time (daylight savings or standard, as applicable).
Role of the Arranger Except as specifically provided in the Finance Documents, the Arranger has no obligations of any kind to any other Party under or in connection with any Finance Document.
Xxxxx, Haldimand, Norfolk An employee shall be granted five working days bereavement leave with pay upon the death of the employee’s spouse, child, stepchild, parent, stepparent, legal guardian, grandchild or step-grandchild.
Time and Attention Excluding any periods of vacation and sick leave to which the Executive is entitled, the Executive shall devote substantially all of his attention and time during normal working hours to the business and affairs of the Company and its affiliates. It shall not be considered a violation of the foregoing, however, for the Executive to (i) serve on corporate, industry, educational, religious, civic, or charitable boards or committees or (ii) make and attend to passive personal investments in such form as will not require any material time or attention to the operations thereof during normal working time and will not violate the provisions of section 10 hereof, so long as such activities in clauses (i) and (ii) do not materially interfere with the performance of the Executive's responsibilities as an employee of the Company in accordance with this Agreement or violate section 10 of this Agreement.
Titles and References All references in this Deposit Agreement to exhibits, articles, sections, subsections, and other subdivisions refer to the exhibits, articles, sections, subsections and other subdivisions of this Deposit Agreement unless expressly provided otherwise. The words "this Deposit Agreement", "herein", "hereof", "hereby", "hereunder", and words of similar import refer to the Deposit Agreement as a whole as in effect between the Company, the Depositary and the Holders and Beneficial Owners of ADSs and not to any particular subdivision unless expressly so limited. Pronouns in masculine, feminine and neuter gender shall be construed to include any other gender, and words in the singular form shall be construed to include the plural and vice versa unless the context otherwise requires. Titles to sections of this Deposit Agreement are included for convenience only and shall be disregarded in construing the language contained in this Deposit Agreement. References to "applicable laws and regulations" shall refer to laws and regulations applicable to ADRs, ADSs or Deposited Securities as in effect at the relevant time of determination, unless otherwise required by law or regulation.
Summer Session A. All ASEs employed in the Summer Session shall receive the same general range adjustment as ASEs received in the preceding Fall term. B. The following articles apply to ASEs who are employed in the summer session: Recognition, Wages (range adjustment only), DCP, Travel, Health and Safety, Leaves, Holidays, Duration, Workspace and Instructional Support, Parking, Grievance and Arbitration, Waiver, Management and Academic Rights, No Strikes, Non-Discrimination, Union Access and Rights, Union Security, Discipline and Dismissal, Emergency Layoff, Employment Files and Evaluations, Definitions, Severability, Labor-Management Meetings, and Classifications. C. The remainder of the articles in the agreement does not apply to ASEs who are employed in the summer session. D. The topic of Summer Session, and effects of changes on terms and conditions of employment for ASEs employed in Summer Session, shall be reopened for bargaining commencing no later than January 2, 2001.

Full-Time Union or Public Duties The Employer shall grant, on written request, leave of absence without pay: (a) for employees to seek election in a municipal, provincial, or federal election, for a maximum period of ninety (90) days; (b) for employees selected for a full-time position with the Union or any body to which the Union is affiliated for a period of one (1) year; (c) for employees elected to a public office for a maximum period of five (5) years; (d) for an employee elected to the position of President or Secretary-Treasurer of the
