Within thirty (30) days of the Rollout dates listed in Sections 3.2.1 – 3.2.3, 7-Eleven will provide Counsel with (i) written confirmation that POS Pinpads with Integrated Tactually Discernable Keypads have been installed pursuant to this Agreement; and (ii) the addresses of all 7-Eleven Stores with POS Pinpads with Integrated Tactually Discernable Keypads as of the reporting date.
