Common use of Roofing Clause in Contracts

Roofing. Repair or in-kind replacement of non-historic roof material including cladding and sheeting, flashing, gutters, soffits, and downspouts. Installation of new roofing or reflective roof coatings on a flat-roofed building with a parapet, such that the roofing material is not visible from any public right-of-way. Note: Changes in historic roof cladding material, pitch or configuration is not an exempt activity.
