Common use of Room and Board Fees Clause in Contracts

Room and Board Fees. The fees for room and board vary depending on choice of meal plan and room occupancy. These fees may be paid pursuant to a schedule provided by the UNIVERSITY which schedule, once provided to the STUDENT, becomes a part of this agreement and STUDENT agrees to make all payments promptly when due.
