No bubbles are allowed inside. No removal of City decorations, pictures etc. are permitted. TABLES AND CHAIRS: Tables and Chairs are for inside use only. FOOD AND BEVERAGES: Caterer must be licensed and insured. A copy of your insured caterer's license must be on file thirty (30) days prior to your event. If a caterer is not used, the food must be served from furnished trays (Publix, etc.) or a hold harmless agreement must be completed. No food or beverages are allowed outside of the room being rented including lobby, hallways and restrooms.
