Room Costs and Charges. A. Room Rate: The minimum stay is 1 week = $250.00 There is no daily rate. Residents are charged on a weekly or monthly basis. A stay of 8 days will be charged for two weeks ($500), a stay of 15 days for three weeks, etc. Also, for 1 week, a Security Deposit of $250.00 is required. Monthly rate = $700.00 A Security Deposit of $700.00 is required for a stay longer than 1 week. Note: Absolutely NO refunds will be made for early departure. Room rates are subject to change without notice. Your payment is due in advance no later than the end of the period on your last receipt. Any amount unpaid by this date will be subject to a penalty charge of 5%. If your payment date occurs on a Sunday or holiday, you are responsible to pay before that day. Room payment and Security Deposit must be paid in full if the resident arrives after office hours.

  • Costs and Charges 8.19.1 To protect the Landlord from loss arising from a claim that may be brought against the Tenant as a consequence of a breach by the Tenant of any covenant contained in this Agreement. Such loss shall be deemed to include any charges which the Landlord may reasonably incur in connection with proceedings in a court of law against the Tenant but without prejudice to a Tenant’s right to have such costs assessed by the relevant court.

Reimbursement for the use of personal vehicles shall be limited to the Internal Revenue Service business standard mileage rate in effect at the time the expense was incurred.

  • Other Fees and Charges Additional fees (including but not limited to, property taxes, fuel surcharges, interest fees, license fees, and late payment fees except where permitted by section 215.422(3)(b), F.S.) or fees not permitted elsewhere in the Contract are prohibited. Contract Exhibit B ADDITIONAL SPECIAL CONTRACT CONDITIONS The sections of the Special Contract Conditions referenced below are replaced in their entirety or added as follows:
