Room Rate definition

Room Rate means the nightly price that consumers are required to pay for lodging at a Lodging Establishment, exclusive of Mandatory Fees and other amounts collected and passed on to any governmental entity, such as taxes or excise payments or other optional fees.
Room Rate means, for any given Expedia Travel Product, the rate which is provided to Decolar by Expedia through the Expedia API for such Expedia Travel Product, including the nightly rate, applicable Taxes and fees and any other pricing related information.
Room Rate means the nightly price that consumers are required to pay for lodging, exclusive of Resort Fees and amounts collected and passed on to any governmental entity, such as taxes or excise payments.

Examples of Room Rate in a sentence

  • If you fail to move to a new location within University Housing within 24 hours after the University has issued you authorization or direction to move, you will be assessed three (3) times the Daily Room Rate for each day you remain in the room you have been instructed to vacate.

  • If you fail to follow the University’s check-out procedures at the end of the Contract Period or within 24 hours after you withdraw from the University, prior to the end of the contract period, you will be charged the Daily Room Rate plus assessed three (3) times the Daily Room Rate for each day until you follow such check-out procedures or the University removes your property from the room pursuant to Section XII.

  • AT&T has established Market-Based Room Rate Guidelines for vendors to reference when making hotel reservations in the United States (see Addendum A).

  • If you fail to follow the University’s check-out procedures at the end of the Contract Period or within 24 hours after you withdraw from the University, prior to the end of the contract period, you will be charged the Daily Room Rate plus assessed three (3) times the Daily Room Rate for each day until you follow such check-out procedures or the University removes your property from the room.

  • To secure your rental, the Room Rate Deposit must be paid in full within 1 week of receipt of your contract.

  • Occupancy during the approved early check-in period will result in a room charge equivalent to the Daily Room Rate for each day before the first day of the Contract Period.

  • Students who receive an assignment are assessed the full Room Rate regardless of the date they check into or out of Student Housing.

  • If you are approved for an exception to the normal cancellation fee structure by the CLAC, you will be required to pay the pro-rated amount of the Room Rate for the time the room was occupied plus the lesser of $400 or fifty percent (50%) of the remaining balance due under the Contract after the prorated amount due for each day of occupancy is paid.

  • Early occupancy outside of the University Housing provided check-in schedule will result in a room charge equivalent to the Daily Room Rate for each day before the first day of the Contract Period.

  • Private room charges are limited to Average Semi- Private Room Rate unless private room is ordered by the attending Physician and found Medically Necessary.


More Definitions of Room Rate

Room Rate means the amounts that the Participating Property charges a Guest for a room at the Participating Property, but excluding the Ancillary Spend (as defined hereinafter). “Ancillary Spend” means all amounts incurred by a Guest during an Eligible Stay (as defined in the Terms of Use) at the Participating Property for optional amenities, including, without limitation, food, beverages, movies, services and other amenities or charges that are not generally included in the Room Rate by the Participating Property. As used below, “If Property signed up the guest” means that the Guest first enrolled through a direct marketing effort from the Participating Property via a special link or by a Participating Property employee using the agent enrollment functionality. “If Universal Points signed up the guest” (as used in the chart below) applies to all other enrollments. The Universal Points Program Fees for this hotel reflect an additional ‘Priority Hotel’ discount of 1%, from 3% to 2% and from 4% to 3%, respectively, as shown in the table below. These discounts will be valid for the Participating Property until the termination of this agreement. Room Rate means the posting of room rate signs.
Room Rate means the total package price per night agreed at the point of booking. This could include room only, bed and breakfast; dinner, or any other prior agreed extras, including spa treatments or other goods/services.

Related to Room Rate

  • Base premium rate means, for each class of business as to a rating period, the lowest premium rate charged or that could have been charged under the rating system for that class of business by the small employer carrier to small employers with similar case characteristics for health benefit plans with the same or similar coverage.

  • Minimum Rate With respect to each ARM Loan, the rate per annum set forth in the related Mortgage Note as the minimum Note Rate thereunder. The Minimum Rate as to each ARM Loan is set forth on the related Mortgage Loan Schedule.

  • Premium Rate has the meaning assigned to such term in the Premium Letter.

  • Maximum Rate shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.09.

  • Term Rate means the per annum interest rate with respect to Bonds in the Term Rate Mode determined pursuant to Section 2.09.

  • Three-Month LIBOR Rate means the rate determined in accordance with the following provisions:

  • One Month LIBOR Rate means, with respect to any interest rate calculation for a Loan or other Obligation bearing interest at the Alternate Base Rate, a rate per annum equal to the quotient (rounded upward if necessary to the nearest 1/16th of one percent (0.0625%)) of (i) the rate per annum referred to as the BBA (British Bankers Association) LIBOR RATE as reported on Reuters LIBOR page 1, or if not reported by Reuters, as reported by any service selected by Administrative Agent on the applicable day (provided that if such day is not a Eurodollar Banking Day for which a Eurodollar Rate is quoted, the next preceding Eurodollar Banking Day for which a Eurodollar Rate is quoted) at or about 11:00 a.m., London time (or as soon thereafter as practicable), for Dollar deposits being delivered in the London interbank eurodollar currency market for a term of one month commencing on such date of determination, divided by (ii) one minus the Reserve Requirement in effect on such day. If for any reason rates are not available as provided in clause (i) of the preceding sentence, the rate to be used in clause (i) shall be, at Administrative Agent’s discretion (in each case, rounded upward if necessary to the nearest one-sixteenth (1/16) of one percent (0.0625%)), (1) the rate per annum at which Dollar deposits are offered to the Administrative Agent in the London interbank eurodollar currency market or (2) the rate at which Dollar deposits are offered to the Administrative Agent in, or by Xxxxx Fargo to major banks in, any offshore interbank eurodollar market selected by Administrative Agent, in each case on the applicable day (provided that if such day is not a Eurodollar Banking Day for which Dollar deposits are offered to Administrative Agent in the London interbank eurodollar currency market, the next preceding Eurodollar Banking Day for which Dollar deposits are offered to Administrative Agent in the London interbank eurodollar currency market) at or about 11:00 a.m., London time (or as soon thereafter as practicable) (for delivery on such date of determination) for a one month term. Each determination by Administrative Agent pursuant to this definition shall be conclusive absent manifest error.

  • Excess Rate With respect to each ARD Loan, the excess of (i) the applicable Revised Rate over (ii) the applicable Mortgage Rate, each as set forth in the Mortgage Loan Schedule.

  • One-Month LIBOR With respect to the Class A Certificates, the Mezzanine Certificates, REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTA1, REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTA2, REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTA3, REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTA4, REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTM1, REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTM2, REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTM3, REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTM4, REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTM5, REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTM6, REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTM7, REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTM8, REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTM9, REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTM10 and REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTM11 and any Accrual Period therefor, the rate determined by the Trust Administrator on the related Interest Determination Date on the basis of the offered rate for one-month U.S. dollar deposits, as such rate appears on Telerate Page 3750 as of 11:00 a.m. (London time) on such Interest Determination Date; provided that if such rate does not appear on Telerate Page 3750, the rate for such date will be determined on the basis of the offered rates of the Reference Banks for one-month U.S. dollar deposits, as of 11:00 a.m. (London time) on such Interest Determination Date. In such event, the Trust Administrator will request the principal London office of each of the Reference Banks to provide a quotation of its rate. If on such Interest Determination Date, two or more Reference Banks provide such offered quotations, One-Month LIBOR for the related Accrual Period shall be the arithmetic mean of such offered quotations (rounded upwards if necessary to the nearest whole multiple of 1/16%). If on such Interest Determination Date, fewer than two Reference Banks provide such offered quotations, One-Month LIBOR for the related Accrual Period shall be the higher of (i) One-Month LIBOR as determined on the previous Interest Determination Date and (ii) the Reserve Interest Rate. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if, under the priorities described above, One-Month LIBOR for an Interest Determination Date would be based on One-Month LIBOR for the previous Interest Determination Date for the third consecutive Interest Determination Date, the Trust Administrator shall select, after consultation with the NIMS Insurer, an alternative comparable index (over which the Trust Administrator has no control), used for determining one-month Eurodollar lending rates that is calculated and published (or otherwise made available) by an independent party.

  • Three-Month LIBOR means the rate (expressed as a percentage per annum) for deposits in United States dollars for a three-month period commencing on the first day of a Dividend Period that appears on the Reuters Screen LIBOR01 Page as of 11:00 a.m. (London time) on the LIBOR Determination Date for that Dividend Period. If such rate does not appear on Reuters Screen LIBOR01 Page, Three-month LIBOR will be determined on the basis of the rates at which deposits in United States dollars for a three-month period commencing on the first day of that Dividend Period and in a principal amount of not less than $1 million are offered to prime banks in the London interbank market by four major banks in the London interbank market selected by the Calculation Agent (after consultation with the Company), at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, on the LIBOR Determination Date for that Dividend Period. The Calculation Agent will request the principal London office of each of such banks to provide a quotation of its rate. If at least two such quotations are provided, Three-month LIBOR with respect to that Dividend Period will be the arithmetic mean (rounded upward if necessary to the nearest whole multiple of 0.00001%) of such quotations. If fewer than two quotations are provided, Three-month LIBOR with respect to that Dividend Period will be the arithmetic mean (rounded upward if necessary to the nearest whole multiple of 0.00001%) of the rates quoted by three major banks in New York City selected by the Calculation Agent (after consultation with the Company), at approximately 11:00 a.m., New York City time, on the LIBOR Determination Date for that Dividend Period for loans in United States dollars to leading European banks for a three-month period commencing on the first day of that Dividend Period and in a principal amount of not less than $1 million. However, if fewer than three banks selected by the Calculation Agent to provide quotations are quoting as described above, Three-month LIBOR for that Dividend Period will be the same Three-month LIBOR as determined for the previous Dividend Period or, in the case of the Dividend Period beginning on April 30, 2018, 2.920%. The determination of Three-month LIBOR for each relevant Dividend Period by the Calculation Agent will (in the absence of manifest error) be final and binding.

  • Fed Funds Rate means, for any period, a fluctuating interest rate (expressed as a per annum rate and rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/16 of 1%) equal for each day during such period to the weighted average of the rates on overnight Federal funds transactions with members of the Federal Reserve System arranged by Federal funds brokers, as published for such day (or, if such day is not a Business Day, for the next preceding Business Day) by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, or, if such rates are not so published for any day which is a Business Day, the average of the quotations for such day on such transactions received by BNPLC's Parent from three Federal funds brokers of recognized standing selected by BNPLC's Parent. All determinations of the Fed Funds Rate by BNPLC's Parent shall, in the absence of clear and demonstrable error, be binding and conclusive upon NAI.

  • 3-Month LIBOR has the meaning set forth in Section 2.10.

  • Six-Month LIBOR The average of interbank offered rates for six-month U.S. dollar deposits in the London market based on quotations of major banks.

  • SOFR Rate means the rate that will be calculated by the Calculation Agent for each Accrual Period on the SOFR Adjustment Date as of the SOFR Determination Time (or, if the Benchmark is not SOFR, the Reference Time) and, except as provided below following a determination by the Administrator that a Benchmark Transition Event and its related Benchmark Replacement Date have occurred, shall mean, with respect to the Class A-2b Notes as of any SOFR Adjustment Date, a rate equal to Compounded SOFR; provided, that, the Administrator will have the right, in its sole discretion, to make applicable SOFR Adjustment Conforming Changes.

  • Overdue Rate means, on any date, a per annum rate of interest equal to the lesser of fifteen percent (15%) and the maximum rate then permitted under applicable law.

  • Maximum Rate of Interest It is intended that the rate of interest hereon shall never exceed the maximum rate, if any, which may be legally charged on the loan evidenced by this Note ("Maximum Rate"), and if the provisions for interest contained in this Note would result in a rate higher than the Maximum Rate, interest shall nevertheless be limited to the Maximum Rate and any amounts which may be paid toward interest in excess of the Maximum Rate shall be applied to the reduction of principal, or, at the option of HSBC, returned to the Company.

  • Overdue Interest Rate means, with respect to any Class, the Interest Rate applicable to such Class.

  • Rate means the Adjusted LIBO Rate and the Alternate Base Rate.

  • Repo Rate on any day means the highest interest rate available to a Lender from investment in overnight repurchase agreements.

  • CMS Rate means the applicable swap rate for swap transactions in the Reference Currency with a maturity of the Designated Maturity, expressed as a percentage, which appears on the Relevant Screen Page as at the Specified Time on the relevant Interest Determination Date in question, all as determined by the Calculation Agent.

  • Daily LIBOR Rate means, for any day, the rate per annum determined by the Agent by dividing (x) the Published Rate by (y) a number equal to 1.00 minus the Reserve Percentage.

  • Net Mortgage Rate With respect to any Mortgage Loan (or the related REO Property) as of any date of determination, a per annum rate of interest equal to the then applicable Mortgage Rate for such Mortgage Loan minus the Servicing Fee Rate.

  • FX Rate means the “noon exchange rate” as reported by the Bank of Canada on any relevant date or if applicable, the rate calculated by the Calculation Agent, between the Canadian dollar and the foreign currencies into which some Reference Shares are denominated, expressed as the amount of Canadian dollars per one unit of foreign currency.

  • Federal Funds Rate means, for any day, the rate per annum equal to the weighted average of the rates on overnight Federal funds transactions with members of the Federal Reserve System arranged by Federal funds brokers on such day, as published by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York on the Business Day next succeeding such day; provided that (a) if such day is not a Business Day, the Federal Funds Rate for such day shall be such rate on such transactions on the next preceding Business Day as so published on the next succeeding Business Day, and (b) if no such rate is so published on such next succeeding Business Day, the Federal Funds Rate for such day shall be the average rate (rounded upward, if necessary, to a whole multiple of 1/100 of 1%) charged to Bank of America on such day on such transactions as determined by the Administrative Agent.

  • Maximum Net Mortgage Rate With respect to any adjustable rate Mortgage Loan and any date of determination, the Maximum Mortgage Rate minus the sum of (i) the Subservicing Fee Rate and (ii) the Servicing Fee Rate.
