Common use of Rostering for Court Attendance Clause in Contracts

Rostering for Court Attendance. (i) Where a member is advised of a court attendance with greater than 72 hours notice, and the member elects to do so, the roster will be amended, where practicable, to a day shift to accommodate the court attendance. (ii) Where the roster cannot be amended due to operational requirements, the member will be stood down from duty from their next rostered shift commencing on the same duty day for a period of at least 10 hours from the time she or he is excused from attendance at court.
