Rosters -- In Sample Clauses

Rosters -- In each department a roster shall be prepared for four weeks showing the rostered days or nights off for each employee and shall be displayed one week prior to the commencement of the roster. This roster will incorporate the regular days or nights off of each employee and will also show the names of employees, their regular starting and finishing times and the times of meal breaks. Rosters may be altered, provided the alteration is posted one week to the alteration becoming operative.

  • Location of Arbitration The arbitration shall take place in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and the arbitrator shall issue any award at the place of arbitration. The arbitrator may conduct hearings and meetings at any other place agreeable to the parties or, upon the motion of a party, determined by the arbitrator as necessary to obtain significant testimony or evidence.

  • Claims Subject to Mandatory Arbitration The following claims, if not settled through informal Dispute Resolution, will be subject to mandatory arbitration pursuant to Section 10.7 below:

  • Expenses of Arbitration Each party shall pay one-half of the fees and expenses of the Arbitrator.
