TEACHER EVALUATIONS A. Each teacher shall have the right, upon request, to review the contents of his/her personal file folder.
TEACHER EVALUATION A. All monitoring or observation of the work performance of a teacher shall be conducted openly and with full knowledge of the teacher.
Program Evaluation The School District and the College will develop a plan for the evaluation of the Dual Credit program to be completed each year. The evaluation will include, but is not limited to, disaggregated attendance and retention rates, GPA of high-school-credit-only courses and college courses, satisfactory progress in college courses, state assessment results, SAT/ACT, as applicable, TSIA readiness by grade level, and adequate progress toward the college-readiness of the students in the program. The School District commits to collecting longitudinal data as specified by the College, and making data and performance outcomes available to the College upon request. HB 1638 and SACSCOC require the collection of data points to be longitudinally captured by the School District, in collaboration with the College, will include, at minimum: student enrollment, GPA, retention, persistence, completion, transfer and scholarships. School District will provide parent contact and demographic information to the College upon request for targeted marketing of degree completion or workforce development information to parents of Students. School District agrees to obtain valid FERPA releases drafted to support the supply of such data if deemed required by counsel to either School District or the College. The College conducts and reports regular and ongoing evaluations of the Dual Credit program effectiveness and uses the results for continuous improvement.
Annual Evaluations The purpose of the annual evaluation is to assess and communicate the nature and extent of an employee's performance of assigned duties consistent with the criteria specified below in this Policy. Except for those employees who have received notice of non-reappointment pursuant to the BOT- UFF Policy on Non- reappointment, every employee shall be evaluated at least once annually. Personnel decisions shall take such annual evaluations into account, provided that such decisions need not be based solely on written faculty performance evaluations.
Formal Evaluations The employer shall undertake formal evaluations of an employee’s performance of the various duties and responsibilities of a position only if one or more of the following conditions is present: • employee request • mutual agreement of hiring unit and employee • recommendation arising from informal evaluation • decision of Chair, Xxxx, Director or designate resulting from the processing of a complaint in accordance with Article 8.
Electronic and Information Resources Accessibility and Security Standards a. Applicability: The following Electronic and Information Resources (“EIR”) requirements apply to the Contract because the Grantee performs services that include EIR that the System Agency's employees are required or permitted to access or members of the public are required or permitted to access. This Section does not apply to incidental uses of EIR in the performance of the Agreement, unless the Parties agree that the EIR will become property of the State of Texas or will be used by HHSC’s clients or recipients after completion of the Agreement. Adverse Events Subsequent to the date hereof, there shall not have occurred any of the following: (i) a suspension or material limitation in trading in securities generally on the New York Stock Exchange, the NASDAQ National Market or the NASDAQ Global Market, (ii) a general moratorium on commercial banking activities in the People’s Republic of China or New York, (iii) the outbreak or escalation of hostilities involving the United States or the People’s Republic of China or the declaration by the United States or the People’s Republic of China of a national emergency or war if the effect of any such event specified in this clause (iii) in your reasonable judgment makes it impracticable or inadvisable to proceed with the public offering or the delivery of the Shares on the terms and in the manner contemplated in the Prospectus, or (iv) such a material adverse change in general economic, political, financial or international conditions affecting financial markets in the United States or the People’s Republic of China having a material adverse impact on trading prices of securities in general, as, in your reasonable judgment, makes it impracticable or inadvisable to proceed with the public offering of the Shares or the delivery of the Shares on the terms and in the manner contemplated in the Prospectus.
COVID-19 Protocols Contractor will abide by all applicable COVID-19 protocols set forth in the District’s Reopening and COVID-19 Mitigation Plan and the safety guidelines for COVID-19 prevention established by the California Department of Public Health and the Ventura County Department of Public Health.
Utilization Reports Both the Contractor and Subcontractor shall complete Quarterly Utilization Reports (or similar type documents containing the same information) and submit them to the Contracting Officer and to the Bureau within ten (10) business days at the end of each quarter. This information will be used to determine the actual dollar amount paid to Subcontractor and will also serve as a record of fulfillment of Contractor’s Small Diverse Business and Small Business Commitments. If there was no activity during the quarter, then the form must be completed by stating “No activity in this quarter.” A late fee of $100.00 per day may be assessed against the Contractor if its Utilization Report is not submitted in accordance with the schedule above.
Student Evaluations Student evaluations shall be completed by the end of the 12th week of the fall semester.
