Common use of Routine maintenance of Services Clause in Contracts

Routine maintenance of Services. The Licensee shall give forty-eight (48) hours’ notice to the affected public of scheduled routine maintenance on the Network which results in disruption of service exceeding 30 (thirty) minutes. All routine maintenance on the system resulting in service disruptions shall be performed between the hours of 0200 Hours and 0500 Hours.
