Routine Tax Services Clause Samples
The "Routine Tax Services" clause defines the scope of standard tax-related services that a service provider will deliver as part of their engagement. Typically, this includes the preparation and filing of regular tax returns, providing general tax advice, and ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws for the client. By clearly outlining which tax services are considered routine and included in the base agreement, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings about the provider's responsibilities and avoids disputes over additional fees for non-standard or specialized tax work.
