Rules for Copying Sample Clauses

The "Rules for Copying" clause defines the conditions and limitations under which materials, documents, or information may be duplicated or reproduced. Typically, this clause outlines who is permitted to make copies, what materials are covered, and any restrictions on the number or purpose of copies, such as allowing copies for internal use only or prohibiting distribution to third parties. Its core function is to protect intellectual property and confidential information by ensuring that copying is controlled and only occurs within agreed parameters, thereby reducing the risk of unauthorized dissemination.
