Rules Governing Transactions. The Service will be subject to, and governed by, the Federal Check Clearing for the 21st Century Act, American National Standards X9 specification, Regulations J and CC of the Federal Reserve Board, Uniform Commercial Code Article 3 and 4 and all other laws and regulations that may now or hereafter apply (the “Rules”). The Customer agrees to be bound by the Rules as well as the provisions contained in the Agreement. All representations and warranties relating to presentation or transfer of Checks as set out in the Rules shall apply to any Check that is transmitted by the Customer to Jefferson hereunder, and the Customer specifically makes all such representations and warranties to Jefferson with respect to each Check. Jefferson has no obligation to provide Customer with a copy of the Rules or any changes in the Rules.

Developer, the NYISO, or Connecting Transmission Owner each may be referred to as a “Party” or collectively referred to as the “Parties.”

  • Provisions governing staff and subcontractors A. To require any subcontractor to execute documents that binds the subcontractor to comply with the provisions of this Contract.   • Rules and Policies In addition to the terms and conditions contained herein, players acknowledge and agree that players shall be bound by and comply with all rules, regulations and policies established by SGM. SGM reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to amend, modify or cancel any of its rules, regulations and policies and/or adopt additional rules, regulations or policies.   • Online Banking Transactions At the present time, you may use Online Banking to: • Transfer funds between your savings, checking, and Club accounts. • Withdraw funds from your savings, checking, and Club accounts. • Make loan payments from your savings, checking and Club accounts. • Obtain account balance and transaction history on your savings, checking, and Club accounts. • Obtain information on your loan account balance, transaction history, payment due dates, loan payoff amounts and finance charges. • Review available copies of eStatements and tax information. • Make bill payments from your checking account using the Bill Pay service. Transactions involving your savings and checking accounts will be subject to the terms of your Membership and Account Agreement. Transactions involving your loan accounts will be subject to your applicable Loan Agreement and Disclosures.
