Russian Language Proficiency. All the Partner’s employees performing works on Unilever’s premises must be sufficiently proficient in Russian to understand the occupational safety briefing and perform works / provide services in accordance with applicable statutory requirements and terms and conditions of contracts. Все работники Xxxxxxxx, которые будут выполнять работы на территории Юнилевер, обязаны не реже 1 раза в 6 месяцев проходить вводный инструктаж по охране труда, пожарной безопасности, в т.ч. правилам поведения на территории, действиям в чрезвычайных ситуациях, в соответствующей службе Юнилевер. До начала и (или) во время производства работ / оказания услуг, являющихся предметом договора, Юнилевер обеспечивает ознакомление работников Партнера с требованиями стандартов и процедур Юнилевер, отличающихся от действующих нормативных правовых актов РФ и необходимых для обеспечения безопасного производства работ / оказания услуг. Владение русским языком. Все работники Xxxxxxxx, выполняющие работы на территории Юнилевер, должны обладать знанием русского языка, достаточным для понимания инструктажа по охране труда и выполнения работ/оказания услуг в соответствии с требованиями действующего законодательства и условиями договоров.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend.

  • Safety Where an employee is prevented from working at the employee’s particular function as a result of unsafe conditions caused by the inclement weather, the employee may be transferred to other work in the employee’s classification on site, until the unsafe conditions are rectified. Where such alternative is not available and until the unsafe conditions are rectified, the employee shall remain on site. The employee shall be paid for such time without reduction of the employees’ inclement weather entitlement.
