S tudent Expenses and Personal Losses. The Fellowship does not cover, without limit, expenses for obtaining or updating a passport, privately-purchased trip insurance, or purchases for personal items or for personal activity that does not fall within the Experience Description. Further, DukeEngage is not responsible for and will not reimburse Student for loss of personal possessions and funds.

  • Personal Expenses Personal expenses for purposes of this Article are defined as dry cleaning, laundry, baggage handling, and personal telephone calls. Employees continuing in a travel status in excess of one week who do not return home during that week may claim reimbursement not to exceed $16.00 per week for laundry and dry cleaning and pressing expenses for each week after the first week. If an employee returns home during a period of time in which he/she continues in travel status, the employee is not eligible for reimbursement for laundry, dry cleaning or pressing in the subsequent week. Receipts must accompany the claim for reimbursement. The employee's judgment is to be used regarding baggage handling expense. Actual personal telephone call charges shall be reimbursed. Documentation is not required; however, an Agency may, at its discretion, request documentation of charges to be reimbursed. The maximum reimbursement for each trip shall be the result of multiplying the number of nights away from home by three dollars ($3.00).

  • Coverage E – Personal Liability If a claim is made or a suit is brought against an "insured" for damages because of "bodily injury" or "property damage" caused by an "occurrence" to which this coverage applies, we will:

  • Personal Property Reimbursement Employees shall, in proper cases, be reimbursed for the repair or replacement of personal property damaged in the line of duty without fault of the employee. The amount of reimbursement for articles of clothing shall be the depreciated value based on the age and condition of the article. Reimbursement for a watch shall be limited to the functional value of the watch.

  • EXPENSES AND EQUIPMENT Contractor is solely and fully responsible for all costs and expenses incident to the performance of the Services, including any and all licensing or permit fees, instrumentalities, supplies, tools, equipment, or materials needed to perform the Services. If the District furnishes any goods, materials, or other equipment to Contractor, Contractor assumes complete liability for those goods, materials, or other equipment. Contractor agrees to promptly pay the District the repair or replacement costs for such goods, materials, or other equipment not returned to the District in a satisfactory condition, as solely determined by the District.

  • Transfer Expenses A transferred employee is expected to make arrangements to move expeditiously but this should not exceed a period of one year from date of transfer, except where there is a specific agreement between the employee and local management for an extension. The employee must provide in writing his/her intention to move to the supervisor, prior to receiving payment for any applicable living expenses. Reimbursement for actual costs incurred in the move will be allowed as follows: • All employees who are eligible for moving expenses shall be afforded 12 weeks from the date the employee reports to work in the new location (i.e., date of transfer) to decide whether or not they wish to move. Payment of the following expenses is predicated on the employee maintaining his/her previous principal residence:

  • Seller’s Expenses Seller agrees to pay all costs of releasing loans and recording the releases, preparation fees for the Deed. The insured closing fee and the disclosure of sales information form will be split equally between Seller and Buyer.

  • Collection Expenses The Borrower further agrees, subject only to any limitation imposed by applicable law, to pay all expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred by the holder of this Note in endeavoring to collect any amounts payable hereunder which are not paid when due.

  • First Aid Expenses We will pay expenses for first aid to others in- curred by an "insured" for "bodily injury" covered under this policy. We will not pay for first aid to an "insured".

  • Excess/Umbrella Liability Excess/umbrella liability insurance may be included to meet minimum requirements. Umbrella coverage must indicate the existing underlying insurance coverage.

  • Removal Expenses For employees with a family who move to a new location:
