Compliance with All Laws In all activities undertaken pursuant to this Agreement, both JHU and Company covenant and agree that each will in all material respects comply with such Federal, state and local laws and statutes, as may be in effect at the time of performance and all valid rules, regulations and orders thereof regulating such activities.
Compliance with All Applicable Laws This Arrangement does not alter or amend the Parties’ being bound to comply with all relevant federal and State laws, including, but not limited to, health care fraud and abuse laws, HIPAA, and the Maryland Medical Practice Act. The CTO will continue to be bound by the terms of the CTO Participation Agreement, and the Practice will continue to be bound by the terms of the Practice Participation Agreement.
Compliance with Local Laws Any resale of the Securities during the ‘distribution compliance period’ as defined in Rule 902(f) to Regulation S shall only be made in compliance with exemptions from registration afforded by Regulation S. Further, any such sale of the Securities in any jurisdiction outside of the United States will be made in compliance with the securities laws of such jurisdiction. The Investor will not offer to sell or sell the Securities in any jurisdiction unless the Investor obtains all required consents, if any.
Compliance with Applicable Laws Any and all requirements of any federal, state or local law including, without limitation, usury, truth-in-lending, real estate settlement procedures, consumer credit protection, equal credit opportunity, disclosure and all predatory and abusive lending laws applicable to the Mortgage Loan, including, without limitation, any provisions relating to prepayment penalties, have been complied with, the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby will not involve the violation of any such laws or regulations, and the Seller shall maintain in its possession, available for the Purchaser's inspection, and shall deliver to the Purchaser upon demand, evidence of compliance with all such requirements;
Compliance with all Applicable Laws and Regulations Grantee must comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances in administering CRF under this Agreement. Grantee acknowledges that this requirement includes, but is not limited to, compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local health and safety rules and regulations. Grantee’s failure to comply with any part of this provision is material and must be grounds for termination of this Agreement for cause by Florida Housing.
Compliance with Data Protection Laws 2.1 bookinglab shall comply with its obligations under the Data Protection Laws as they apply to it as a Data Processor of the Customer Personal Data.
Compliance with Statutes Rules and Regulations In performing its obligations under this Contract, the Provider shall without exception be aware of and comply with all State and Federal laws, rules, Children and Families Operating Procedures (CFOPs), and regulations relating to its performance under this Contract as they may be enacted or amended from time-to-time, as well as any court or administrative order, judgment, settlement or compliance agreement involving the Department which by its nature affects the services provided under this Contract.
