Quality Assurance Procedures. Without limitation of the foregoing, SBS agrees to implement, in connection with the Manufacture of the Product, quality assurance and quality control procedures, including validation protocols, process change procedures and methods of statistical analysis for cleaning validation that are reasonably satisfactory to Voyager.

In Attachment 2 the Implementer shall provide an overview of the Quality Assurance Procedures for its Program offerings to ensure the program meets minimum standards appropriate for the Program (“Minimum Qualifications”). As applicable, the Quality Assurance Procedures must be sufficiently robust to confirm that the Program complies with Applicable Law, CPUC requirements, and PG&E’s Resource Saving Rulebook. Contractor shall ensure that persons providing client representation under this contract meet the standards of representation set forth in Section 7.1.1 of this contract.
