Common use of Safety and Health Training Clause in Contracts

Safety and Health Training. General: The Company recognizes the special need to provide appropriate safety and health training to all Employees. Training Programs shall recognize that there are different needs for safety and health training for newly hired Employees, Employees who are transferred or assigned to a new job and Employees who require periodic retraining. The Safety and Health Committee may make recommendations on these and other safety education matters.
