Common use of Safety and Occupational Clause in Contracts

Safety and Occupational. Health (SOH) Risks and Compliance Plans Based on a risk assessment of recurring and non-recurring work requirements and on mandatory OSHA compliance programs, the Contractor shall develop, provide and implement all applicable compliance plans, as necessary for the situation or types of work to be performed under this contract. Compliance plans, programs, and procedures along with their respective references are detailed in Appendix A, paragraph 3.i of EM 385-1-1. These plans shall be submitted with the APP and shall be updated as situations change. Additional compliance plans, programs, and procedures shall be developed as applicable when new types of work are required under this contract. Additional requirements for specific compliance plans are provided below.
