Alcohol and Drug. Services will conduct monthly provider meetings with representatives of all contracted service providers and appropriate staff. The purpose of these meetings shall be information sharing, discussion of service delivery, progress on stated goals and objectives and communication regarding policy and procedure issues.
Alcohol and Drug. Abuse Prevention Plan The Contractor shall develop an alcohol and drug abuse prevention plan to explain how it will satisfy the drug-free work force requirement as stated in DFARS Clause 252.223-7004 and include elements addressed in paragraph 01.C.02 of EM 385-1-1.
Alcohol and Drug. As a condition of employment no alcohol or illegal drugs shall be used or possessed by an employee durng the workshift of an employee including: all work breaks. Failure to comply with this secion shall subject an employee to progressive discipline. For the purpose of this section, “possession” shall mean possession on City property or City equipment.
Alcohol and Drug test results shall be protected as confidential medical records as appropriate under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Alcohol and Drug. Free Workplace- The Franchisee must maintain a work environment that is healthy and free from substance abuse. Franchisee or Franchisee’s Employees who are under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any other substances result in low performance not only for themselves but also, they affect the Company’s performance and tarnish the Brand reputation of the company. We thus encourage our Franchisees as well their employees to practice anti-drug and alcohol-free lifestyle. If any franchisee or his/her employee is found to have violated this, then strict action shall be taken in accordance to the Business conduct policy of the Company.

Alcohol and Drug. Supplier warrants that none of Supplier's personnel (herein defined as its own employees and the employees of subcontractors) shall perform any Services for Purchaser while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. Supplier shall inform Supplier's personnel performing Services for Purchaser about Purchaser's alcohol and drug requirements. Supplier's personnel shall not abuse medications or use, possess, distribute or sell alcohol and/or drugs when performing Services for Purchaser or on premises owned or controlled by Purchaser. Upon for cause suspicion, Supplier's personnel shall be suspended from performing Services for Purchaser. In such instances Purchaser also has the right to instruct Supplier to remove subject personnel from performing Services for Purchaser. In those instances where personnel have been removed from performing Services for possible alcohol and drug abuse, use or possession, such personnel shall be allowed to resume performing Services only if Supplier can document that such personnel have passed an alcohol and drug test. Furnizorul trebuie să raporteze toate accidentele, vătămările Și accidentele potenȘiale Cumpărătorului. Furnizorul va respecta prevederile Anexei G, dacă aceasta este ataȘată prezentului Contract. 38. ALCOOL ȘI STUPEFIANTE. Furnizorul garantează că niciunul dintre angajaȘii Furnizorului (definiȘi în prezentul ca fiind propriii angajaȘi Și angajaȘii subcontractanȘilor) nu vor presta Servicii în beneficiul Cumpărătorului sub influenȘa alcoolului sau stupefiantelor. Alcohol and Drug. SCREENING
7 1. CONTRACTOR shall have a written policy and procedure statement regarding alcohol and 8 drug screening that includes random drug and/or alcohol testing at a minimum of one (1) time per month 9 for the first thirty (30) days and two (2) times per month for the remaining term of the Agreement for all 10 Participants. All urine specimen collection shall be observed by same sex staff. This policy shall be 11 approved by ADMINISTRATOR. CONTRACTOR shall:
12 a. Establish procedures that protect against the falsification and/or contamination of any 13 body specimen sample collected for drug screening; and
14 b. Document results of the drug screening in the Participant’s files.
15 2. In the event CONTRACTOR wishes to utilize the COUNTY-contracted laboratory for drug 16 screening purposes, CONTRACTOR shall collect and label samples from Participants. Such testing 17 shall be provided at COUNTY’s expenses.
18 3. In the event that any Participant of CONTRACTOR receives a drug test result indicating 19 any substance abuse, CONTRACTOR shall formulate and implement a plan of corrective action which 20 shall be documented in the Participant record. CONTRACTOR shall notify ADMINISTRATOR within 21 two (2) business days of receipt of such drug test results via an incident report, and the corrective action 22 to be taken by the Participant if the Participant is allowed to remain in the Program.
