Common use of Safety Inspection Clause in Contracts

Safety Inspection. A. During an inspection of Authority facilities conducted by the appropriate State agency for the purpose of determining compliance with the California OSHA requirements, an Association designated representative shall be allowed to accompany the inspector while the inspector is on site. The employee, so designated, shall suffer no loss of pay when this function is performed during the employee's regularly scheduled work hours.
