SAFETY PRECAUTIONS AND PROGRAMS. The Prime Contractor shall be responsible for initiating, maintaining and supervising all safety precautions and programs in connection with the performance of the Contract, and will comply with all applicable City, County, State and Federal health and safety regulations.
