Common use of - Safety Shoe Expense Reimbursements Clause in Contracts

- Safety Shoe Expense Reimbursements. Employees who are required by the Employer to wear safety shoes as a condition of employment shall be eligible to participate in the Employer's Safety Shoe Expense Reimbursement Program. Such program shall provide up to $200.00 every two years for the purchase or repair of said shoes. Employees shall be required to submit adequate proof of purchase or repair before reimbursements are made.

Employees who are required by the Employer to wear safety shoes as a condition of employment shall be eligible to participate in the Employer's Safety Shoe Expense Reimbursement Program.
