Safety. In relation to Safety Obligations: (a) the Train Operator shall comply with any reasonable request by Network Rail in relation to any aspect of the Train Operator’s operations which affects or is likely to affect the performance of Network Rail’s Safety Obligations; and (b) Network Rail shall comply with any reasonable request by the Train Operator in relation to any aspect of Network Rail’s operations which affects or is likely to affect the performance of the Train Operator’s Safety Obligations.
