Common use of Safety Clause in Contracts

Safety. In relation to Safety Obligations: (a) the Train Operator shall comply with any reasonable request by Network Rail in relation to any aspect of the Train Operator’s operations which affects or is likely to affect the performance of Network Rail’s Safety Obligations; and (b) Network Rail shall comply with any reasonable request by the Train Operator in relation to any aspect of Network Rail’s operations which affects or is likely to affect the performance of the Train Operator’s Safety Obligations.

Safety. In relation to Safety Obligations: (a) the Train Operator shall comply with any reasonable request by Network Rail in relation to any aspect of the Train Operator’s 's operations which affects or is likely to affect the performance of Network Rail’s 's Safety Obligations; and (b) Network Rail shall comply with any reasonable request by the Train Operator in relation to any aspect of Network Rail’s 's operations which affects or is likely to affect the performance of the Train Operator’s 's Safety Obligations.

In relation to Safety Obligations: (a) ­ the Train Operator shall comply with any reasonable request by Network Rail in relation to any aspect of the Train Operator’s operations which affects or is likely to affect the performance of Network Rail’s Safety Obligations; and (b) ­ Network Rail shall comply with any reasonable request by the Train Operator in relation to any aspect of Network Rail’s operations which affects or is likely to affect the performance of the Train Operator’s Safety Obligations, provided that the implementation by the MS Construction Contractor of the MS Works shall not be treated as part of the Train Operator’s operations for this purpose.

In relation to Safety Obligations: (a) the Train Operator shall comply with the Facility Owner’s safety standards and procedures, and any reasonable request by Network Rail the Facility Owner in relation to any aspect of the Train Operator’s operations which affects or is likely to affect the performance of Network Railthe Facility Owner’s Safety Obligations; and (b) Network Rail the Facility Owner shall comply with any reasonable request by the Train Operator in relation to any aspect of Network Railthe Facility Owner’s operations which affects or is likely to affect the performance of the Train Operator’s Safety Obligations.
