Salary allowance. Unit members granted sabbatical leave shall receive one half (½) their regular salary during the specified period of leave if they agree to return to MCPS for a two year period immediately following the period of leave, and 60 percent of their salary if they agree to return to MCPS for a period of three years immediately following the period of leave. This salary shall be paid biweekly.
