Salary and Bonus Limitations. None of the funds appropriated under the heading ‘Employment and Training’ in the appropriations statute(s) may be used by a recipient or subrecipient of such funds to pay the salary and bonuses of an individual, either as direct costs or indirect costs, at a rate in excess of Executive Level II. See Public Laws 113-6 (Division F, Title I, Section 1101(a)(4)), 112-74 (Division F, Title I, section 105), TEGL No. 05-06 for further clarification.
