Salary and Economic Considerations. 1. Schedule A Salaries. The annual salaries set forth in Schedule “A” (Compensation Schedule for Bachelors Unit Members Exclusive of Nurses and Teaching Assistants and Compensation Schedule for Masters Unit Members Exclusive of Nurses and Teaching Assistants) are attached hereto with the following increases made: The salaries for all titles within Schedule A shall be increased by 2%, effective July 1 of 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026, and 2027. The athletic trainer title will be included on Schedule A Bachelor’s Schedule but will be ineligible for longevities.

  • SALARY STEP PLAN AND SALARY ADJUSTMENTS 198. Appointments to positions in the City and County Service shall be at the entrance rate established for the position except as otherwise provided herein.

  • General Considerations a. All reports, drawings, designs, specifications, notebooks, computations, details, and calculation documents prepared by Vendor and presented to the Board pursuant to this Agreement are and remain the property of the Board as instruments of service.

  • Salary Adjustments At any time during the term of this Contract, the Board may, in its discretion, review and adjust the salary of the Superintendent, but in no event shall the Superintendent be paid less than the salary set forth in Section 3.1 of this Contract except by mutual agreement of the two parties. Such adjustments, if any, shall be made pursuant to a lawful Board resolution. In such event, the parties agree to provide their best efforts and reasonable cooperation to execute a new contract incorporating the adjusted salary.
