Choice of Plan. 9 To the extent members are permitted to choose from among two (2) or 10 more medical insurance plans, retirees shall be permitted to choose between the same 11 plans under the same conditions and at the same times as apply to members. Retirees 12 participating in the members' medical insurance plan shall be subject to the application of 13 any change or elimination of benefits, carrier, administrator or administrative procedure to 14 the same extent and at the same time as members.

Choice of Plan. A teacher may elect his/her salary payment plan, choosing either the 1/21 or the 1/26 plan. The 1/21 plan pays a teacher 1/21 of a year’s salary at each pay period. The 1/26 plan pays 1/26 at each pay period, with the exception of the end of June payment, which shall be 5/26 of his/her salary. The business office must be notified of a teacher’s election by the June 1st prior to the year for which the election is to be made. However, each teacher shall be entitled to switch the plan of payment one (1) time only for each school year, such election to be exercised on or before September 1st of the school year for which the switch in payment plan is to be made.

  • Choice of Venue If there is a lawsuit. Xxxxxxxx agrees upon Xxxxxx's request to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Allegheny County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. No Waiver by Xxxxxx. Lender shall not be deemed to have waived any rights under this Agreement unless such waiver Is given in writing and signed by Xxxxxx. No delay or omission on the part of Lender in exercising any right shall operate as a waiver of such right or any other right. A waiver by Xxxxxx of a provision of this Agreement shall not prejudice or constitute a waiver of Lender's right otherwise to demand strict compliance with that provision or any other provision of this Agreement. The Parties agree that either or both of them may file a copy of this paragraph with any court as written evidence of the knowing, voluntary and freely bargained for agreement between the Parties irrevocably to waive any objections to venue or to convenience of forum.

  • CHOICE OF LAW, JURISDICTION, AND VENUE Colorado law, and rules and regulations issued pursuant thereto, shall be applied in the interpretation, execution, and enforcement of this Contract. Any provision included or incorporated herein by reference which conflicts with said laws, rules, and regulations shall be null and void. All suits or actions related to this Contract shall be filed and proceedings held in the State of Colorado and exclusive venue shall be in the City and County of Denver.
