Common use of Salary and Wages Clause in Contracts

Salary and Wages. The following salary schedules indicating hourly rates, are effective as of July 1, 2019, reflecting a 2.0% increase. For employees whose schedules align with the school year, any increases will take effect with the first work day of the applicable school year. Any other adjustment(s) to such salary schedules during the term of this contract (effective July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2021) will be in accordance with Appendix 6, Memorandum of Understanding. Fifty-two (52) weeks at forty (40) hours per week.

Salary and Wages. For employees whose schedules align with the school year, any increases will take effect with the first work day of the applicable school year. Any other adjustment(s) The 1.5% increase set forth herein for the 2017-2018 school year shall be retroactive to such salary schedules during the term of this contract (effective July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2021) will be in accordance with Appendix 6, Memorandum of Understanding2017. Fifty-two (52) weeks at forty (40) hours per week.
