Salary, Benefits and Leave. A. Each employee in a job share position shall receive an annual salary equal to one-half of the individual’s salary (or the appropriate prorated amount) based on Appendix D. B. The Board will offer to contribute fifty percent (50%) of an individual’s single premium for a health insurance plan and one hundred percent (100%) of the annual premium for group life/accidental death and dismemberment insurance for each employee.
