Common use of Salary Increases for Exceptional Performance Clause in Contracts

Salary Increases for Exceptional Performance. $174,980, less any amount required to meet the promotion increases specified in 4.1.4, shall form a salary increase pool for Unit Members qualifying for exceptional performance increases.
