Salary Indemnity Plan. a. The members of the Association shall participate in the BCTF Salary Indemnity Plan (Short Term and Long Term) and pay 100% of the premium costs. b. The Board will pay 100% of all other premium benefit costs while on Short Term Disability and for one year while on Long Term Disability.
