Common use of Salary of Existing Teachers Clause in Contracts

Salary of Existing Teachers. The salary of existing Teachers covered by this contract shall be their salary earned from the Teacher Compensation Model (Exhibit A) included within this contract. The employer shall also pay the 3% teacher contribution to the Teacher Retirement Fund administered by the State of Indiana. The salary range for returning teachers prior to increases for the 2021-2022 school year is $36,800 to $67,600. The salary range for teachers after increases for 2021-2022 school year is $39,600- $70,400.
