SALARY SCHEDULE COMMITTEE. The Board and the Association will establish an advisory committee to study possible changes to the current salary plan and structure. The Board and Association shall each appoint three (3) people to this advisory committee and name co-chairs. The advisory committee will provide its findings and recommendations to the Superintendent and the President of the Association for consideration during negotiations.
