Sales and Dignified Use. No public or private auction or any fire, "going out of business," bankruptcy or similar sales or auctions shall be conducted in or from the Premises and the Premises shall not be used except in a dignified and ethical manner consistent with the general high standards of merchandising in the Center and not in a disreputable or immoral manner or in violation of national, state or local laws.

The Concession Space shall be used only in a dignified and ethical manner, consistent with the general high standards of other first- class concessions operating at the Airport.

Unless the City issues prior written approval, Concessionaire shall not place, install, maintain, or use any racks, stands, or other display of merchandise, trade fixtures, or furnishings in or upon any areas located outside the Concession Space, regardless of whether such areas are adjacent to the Concession Space. Concessionaire shall not conduct a public or private auction, fire sale, going out of business, bankruptcy sale, or similar types of sales in or from the Concession Space without the City’s prior written approval unless otherwise approved by the Manager or the Manager’s Authorized Representative. The Concession Space shall be used only in a dignified and ethical manner, consistent with the general high standards of other first-class concessions operating at the Airport.

  • Permitted Uses Tenant may use the Property only for the Permitted Uses set forth in Section 1.06 above.
