SALES LISTINGS. OWNER agrees not to list the property for sale while engaged in the services of MANAGER, unless MANAGER agrees in writing to allow the property to be listed for sale. OWNER hereby affirms the property is not currently listed for sale. By signing this Agreement, OWNER acknowledges and asserts that OWNER has no knowledge of any environmental hazards related to property and agrees that if any environmental hazards arise that the OWNER takes full responsibility of any cost in removing such hazards. MANAGER assumes no responsibility for other services than agreed to unless specified in the terms of this Agreement or in writing at a later date.

AGENCY AUTHORIZATION: OWNER hereby constitutes and appoints REAL ESTATE SOLUTIONS and its Agents full power and authority to do and perform all and every act and things necessary for the specific purpose of eviction and/or collection of unpaid rents in regard to the subject property as fully as OWNER might or could do if personally represented with full power of substitution and revocation, hereby ratifying and confirming all that said substitute (REAL ESTATE SOLUTIONS) shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof. OWNER hereby grants MANAGER, REAL ESTATE SOLUTIONS the right to enter the property at any time MANAGER deems necessary. SAVE HARMLESS AND INDEMNITY-HOMEOWNERS POLICY: The OWNER further agrees to save the MANAGER, its agent, independent contractors, and employees, harmless from all damage suits or claims in connection with the management of said property, except in the case of gross negligence or illegal act by the MANAGER, and from all liability for injuries to person or property suffered or sustained by any person whomsoever, and to carry, at his (OWNERs) own expense, homeowner’s insurance in sufficient amounts to protect the interest of parties hereto. OWNER agrees to indemnify MANAGER for any damages suffered as a result of any lapse in or failure by OWNER to maintain insurance coverage.

  • White Pages Listings 5.1 BellSouth shall provide <<customer_name>> and their customers access to white pages directory listings under the following terms:

  • Directory Listings 15.1.1 CBT, as publisher of its White Pages, will include Primary Listings of CLEC’s resale directory customers in its White Pages, and shall cause its publisher to include primary listings of CLEC’s directory customers in its Publisher’s Yellow Pages Directories under the following terms and conditions:

  • Listings <<customer_name>> shall provide all new, changed and deleted listings on a timely basis and BellSouth or its agent will include <<customer_name>> residential and business customer listings in the appropriate White Pages (residential and business) or alphabetical directories. Directory listings will make no distinction between <<customer_name>> and BellSouth subscribers.

  • Tool List The following list of tools is the amount to be supplied by employees as a condition of employment:

  • HOT LIST PRICING At any time during this Contract, Supplier may offer a specific selection of Equipment, Products, or Services at discounts greater than those listed in the Contract. When Supplier determines it will offer Hot List Pricing, it must be submitted electronically to Sourcewell in a line-item format. Equipment, Products, or Services may be added or removed from the Hot List at any time through a Sourcewell Price and Product Change Form as defined in Article 4 below. Hot List program and pricing may also be used to discount and liquidate close-out and discontinued Equipment and Products as long as those close-out and discontinued items are clearly identified as such. Current ordering process and administrative fees apply. Hot List Pricing must be published and made available to all Participating Entities.

  • Catalog Information about Community Regional Medical Center – Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program (CRMC-DMSP) is published in a school catalog that contains a description of certain policies, procedures, and other information about the school. CRMC-DMSP reserves the right to change any provision of the catalog at any time. Notice of changes will be communicated in a revised catalog, an addendum or supplement to the catalog, or other written format. Students are expected to read and be familiar with the information contained in the school catalog, in any revisions, supplements and addenda to the catalog, and with all school policies. By enrolling in CRMC-DMSP, the Student agrees to abide by the terms stated in the catalog and all school policies.

Those members subject to this designation include, but are not limited to, members that have a history of: • being prescribed prescription drugs by multiple providers; • having prescriptions drugs filled at multiple pharmacies; • being prescribed certain long acting opioids and other controlled substances, either in combination or separately, that suggests a need for monitoring due to: o quantities dispensed; o daily dosage range; or o the duration of therapy exceeds reasonable and established thresholds. The Amount You Pay for Prescription Drugs Our formulary includes a tiered copayment structure, which means the amount you pay for a prescription drug will vary by tier. See the Summary of Pharmacy Benefits for your copayment structure, benefit limits and the amount you pay. When you buy covered prescription drugs and diabetic equipment and supplies from a retail network pharmacy, you will be responsible for the copayment and deductible (if any) at the time of purchase. You will be responsible for paying the lower of your copayment, the retail cost of the drug, or the pharmacy allowance. Specialty prescription drugs are generally obtained from a specialty pharmacy. If you buy a specialty prescription drug from a retail network pharmacy, you will be responsible for a significantly higher out of pocket expense than if you bought the specialty drug from a specialty pharmacy. The amount you pay for the following prescription drugs is not subject to the tiered copayment structure: • Contraceptive methods; • Over-the-counter (OTC) preventive drugs; • Nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) and smoking cessation prescription drugs; • Infertility specialty prescription drugs; and • Covered diabetic equipment or supplies bought at a network pharmacy. See the Summary of Pharmacy Benefits for benefit limits and the amount you pay. This plan allows for medication synchronization in accordance with R.I. General Law

  • Directories BellSouth or its agent shall make available White Pages directories to <<customer_name>> subscribers at no charge or as specified in a separate BAPCO agreement.
