Service Items. I. The Applicant agrees that the Service includes but is not limited to inquiries, transactions, settings, and changes relating to deposits, credit cards, loans, wealth management, foreign exchange, and customized services, and that service content shall be based on announcements on the Bank's website. The Bank shall ensure the correctness of information on specific services provided within the Services. The Bank's obligations to the Applicant shall be no less than these services.
II. The Applicant understands that the Services are online services that are completed once provided, and that Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act on rescinding the contract is not applicable.
III. The Applicant must submit a separate application to the Bank and give his/her approval before using certain services.

Service Items. 2.2.1 INCIDENT RESOLUTION o Troubleshooting and problem solving, in accordance with Exhibit B (SECTION 5 INCIDENT MANAGEMENT), in the IT Environment regarding events concerning hardware (e.g. workstations, peripherals, etc.), software and network.
2.2.2 HARDWARE INSTALLATIONS o Installation / setup of hardware Comprises all of the tasks included in the hardware installation for end-users (desktop, laptop, printer, peripherals, etc.). A detailed description of "Hardware Support" tasks is listed in Exhibit B (SECTION 6.3 - HARDWARE SUPPORT). Service Items. RELEASE TO PRODUCTION Release To Production is the process that HP-OMS will perform when it would like to add/change/remove infrastructure components, which may affect the IT Environment (including but not limited to the IT Development Environment). Infrastructure components may include: addition of new servers, changes in Login scripts, network changes, etc. Release to Production process will be subject to Change Management process as described on EXHIBIT B SECTION 8. PORTIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT HAVE BEEN OMITTED PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT FROM THE SEC Exhibit A - Service Description ACTIVITIES WILL RELATE TO: o Network (Connectivity configuration, Hardware installation, etc.) o Operating System (system/patches/service pack installation & configuration) o Backup and restore (installation, configuration, scheduling, etc.) o Security o Antivirus management o Operation Management Tools (installation and configuration tools) o Acceptance for production (integration into the existing operation)
3.2.2.1 SERVER HARDWARE INSTALLATION HP-OMS RESPONSIBILITIES o Hardware setup o Connect infrastructure to power UPS and network
3.2.2.2 SERVER OPERATING SYSTEM (OS) INSTALLATION HP-OMS RESPONSIBILITIES o Installation of OS (following the Customer's specifications on naming conventions, IP addressing, etc.) o Configure OS according to a standard to be developed by the parties during the Transition and Stabilization Phases, as set in Exhibit D.
Service Items. Wreckers on duty shall carry appropriate quantities of each of the following service items: fire extinguisher, chains, dollies, proper emergency lighting or flares for on-the-scene work, equipment needed for lifting, extricating, or righting of vehicles and removal from the thoroughfares by towing or carting.
Service Items. During the term of the system platform service, Party A shall be entitled to the following services:
(1) Service for the provision of spaces: Party B shall provide spaces for system operation and data storage to Party A’ s system platform so as to ensure the smooth operation of Party A’ s system within reasonable space;
(2) Data maintenance service: It shall include the daily maintenance and backup of data, as well as the specific data maintenance service provided by Party B’ s specialists with expertise in technologies in connection with any data errors caused by Party A due to whatever reasons during its use of the system platform.
(3) Service in relation to the system safety and efficiency: Party B shall provide operation and maintenance services for the operating system, high availability cluster multi-processing (HACMP), database, middleware and backup software on which the platform system of the customer runs in order to improve the safety, stability, efficiency and rationality of the system platform of Party A;
(4) On-site support service: Party A may enjoy on-site support service provided by the technical advisors of Party B;
(5) Software maintenance of the system platform: It shall include maintenance services, such as optimizing some functions of the system, adding minor functions and making minor adjustments to the operation and operating process etc.
Service Items. During the Applicable Term of this Agreement, the Related Refinery Owner shall make available and provide to the Relevant Asset Owner, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Service Items for such Relevant Asset Owner as described more fully on Exhibit D to this Agreement for use by the Relevant Asset Owner and any of its Affiliates and agents in connection with the Relevant Asset Owner’s ownership, operation and maintenance of the Relevant Assets and any Additional Improvements.
Service Items. Party B shall provide position outsourcing services based upon the acceptance of Party A’s entrustment. For the specific contents of the services items, please refer to “Service Items Confirmation”.
Service Items. Services assist Members in tracking, storing, selling, servicing, moving, acquiring, disposing of, or otherwise managing Member property items (the “Member Property.”) Services will apply to Member Property provided by Member to Company and accepted by Company as a part of a Service Order, including individual Company-owned crates and wardrobe boxes that may contain multiple items of Member Property and that each meet the conditions of this Agreement (each a “Service Item” and together the “Service Items.”) By requesting a Service for a Service Item, Member warrants that such Service Item is either (i) owned by the Member or (ii) property that the Member has the right to control and deliver to Company for Services. Service Items include, without limitation, Special Service Items, as that term is defined below.
Service Items. Buyer and the Company acknowledge and agree that the items listed on SCHEDULE 7.4(e) shall not be the subject of any claim for Buyer Damages hereunder or any other claim by Buyer under this ARTICLE VII.
