As applicable, FXDD will provide knowledgeable and trained sales personnel to promote the sales of financial technology products, including hardware and software as necessary. Nukk agrees to assist FXDD in providing or liaising as necessary any information or training materials required to educate FXDD sales personnel in the technology products it may promote.
